Bringing the Joy of Live Entertainment!
The WAPAEC Operations and Advisory Committee wishes to thank you for your support of our facility. With the approach of the 2023-24 season of performances, we are continuing to partner with the Washington Concert Association (WCA) and their 56-year history in our community to bring an even broader array of programming to Washington.
Having a professional entertainment series was one of Vision Iowa’s requirements when we sought their funding to build the auditorium. Funds raised through our programming will continue to be used to help ensure the financial success of future seasons and underwrite the cost of enhancements to the facility as needed.
Please consider becoming a 2023-24 Season Sponsor. The 2032-2024 Event Sponsor Agreement form discusses sponsorship levels and benefits.
If you would like to become a sponsor for the 2023-2024 season, we need to hear from you by August 1st so that we can be sure to include you in all of our printed programs for the year.
If you or your business is willing to become a sponsor at the $1000 level or above, we would like your business logo. A photo works for a non-business sponsorship.
Individual posters and programs will be printed for each event. Names of sponsors will be printed and inserted into each program. We will also continue to use the lobby monitors and the theater screen to individually thank and acknowledge our major sponsors ($1000+).
Please send the completed form and check made out to “WCA/WAPAEC,” P.O. Box 530, Washington, Iowa 52353. Also email a high-quality digital copy of your photo or logo (for sponsorships of $1000 and above) to Robert Youngquist at wapaec@gmail.com. We would like to know your level of interest by September 15th. Payment, photos and logos are also due by September 15th.
